Opportunities for Outbound Sales Related HR Supervisor in the Columbus, OH location. We are now hiring for our March training classes.

Responsibilities:
• Departmental administrative functions including updating and maintaining personnel information, processing new hire paper work, and associate personnel file maintenance.
• Work with the Recruiter to help pre-screen, interview, coordinate/schedule the hiring interviews and make offers to candidates for non-exempt positions.
• Assists the Recruiter to ensure accurate and timely completion of applicant tracking reports and job folders for external and internal applicants.
• Effectively manages multiple priorities including accurate and timely handoff of information to the appropriate team member to locate and satisfy customer.
• Provides administrative support for 6 associates including duties related to recruitment, sourcing, associate relations and job allocation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or at least three years experience as a proven confidential human resource associate, some sales preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Database applications (“People (Not) Soft” preferred) and a demonstrated background working in a flexible, high-energy work environment.
• Previous experience working with multiple departments, government divisions, and organizations, both locally and nationally.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of work.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and perform at optimum levels with little or no supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
